FAQ

BOOKING

How far in advance should I book your services?

I recommend booking between 8–12 months prior to your wedding date. This will ensure you get the dates you prefer for sending out invitations to your guests, as well as holding your event date for any day-of stationery needs.

I will not book clients until they have their venue and date locked in. That being said, please don’t hesitate to reach out to get the conversation started!

I’m ready to book, what’s next?

After selecting a package and items in the brochure, please make sure to submit it and we’ll get started on your proposal. Your proposal will include a contract with important dates, timelines, and a payment schedule.

TIMELINE & TURNAROUND

When should We send ouT our save the dates and invitations?

Save the dates are typically sent out anywhere from 6–8 months prior to your event date. If you have guests traveling from out of town or internationally, 8–9 months prior will allow plenty of time for them to plan for travel arrangements.

Invitations are usually mailed out 3–4 months prior to your event date. Remember to give your guests ample time to RSVP and keep in mind any deadlines for when you’ll need to provide a final guest count to applicable vendors.

WHat is the turnaround for Save the dates, invitations, day-of, etc.?

Once booked, save the dates and website design will both take around 4 weeks. Your invitation suite will take a total of 8 weeks; 6 weeks for the design process and about 2 weeks for printing and production. Day-of paper goods and signage will be a 4–8 week booking (depending on the scope of items) that occurs the weeks right before your event date.

Design Process

Is there a cap on design revisions?

The design process can be as hands-on or hands-off as you want it to be! It usually includes collaborating and working together to develop your brand and design. There is not a cap on the number of revisions. My goal is for you to ultimately be excited and happy with the final design, even if that means going back to the drawing table!

Can I hire you for design only and handle my own printing?

I currently don’t book for design services only. Overseeing the print and production process assures that your design and the final product will be produced at the highest quality. No need to worry about the nitty gritty details!
